Jesus is the light that came into the world to give light to men and women. The book of John states this clearly.

The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.  There came a man who was sent from God; his name was John.  He came as a witness to testify concerning that light, so that through him all men might believe.  He himself was not the light; he came only as a witness to the light.  The true light that gives light to every man was coming into the world.

Further in the book of John Jesus states that He is the light of the world.

While I am in the world, I am the light of the world."

If you are a believer in Jesus the Christ and all that He has taught then you accept that He is the light of the world. Jesus gives us the light of His glory when we accept Him into our hearts. When we love and obey God His presence will reside within us.

Jesus replied, "If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him.

We believers know that God resides within us and gives us light. His light inside of us is meant to be shown and used for His good works. One use of that is to heal oneself or others.

We believers know that Jesus, the Son of God Most High, came to Earth in the flesh and healed the sick, the lame, and the deaf. We must then know that having Him within us means we can be healed of our illnesses or imperfections.

The light that is the glory of the presence of the Lord God within us can heal our bodies back to their original design. Our creation was of perfection and anything the attempts to alter or destroy that is of the enemy. The light of the Lord scatters the enemy making them flee. The damage they caused is then reversed. To make this happen the we only need to shine the light within us on the enemy.

The casting out of demons and healing are related as written in the Gospels.

He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.

A believer that has great love, obedience, and boldness for the Lord will have a great portion of light within. No darkness will reside inside of them. Therefore this believer can shine the light from within externally onto others healing them also.

Clean up your house and heal yourself with the light of the Lord God. Once clean pursue the healing of those around you. Your light was not meant to be covered but to give glory and honor to God. Use it to heal and to lead the lost to the Lord.
